The Patient Assistance Program is a community program that helps individuals that do not have access to prescription insurance. The Lancaster Heart & Stroke Foundation works in conjunction with the pharmaceutical companies for this program. If you or somebody you know in Lancaster County needs help with their prescription medications please contact us.
